Welcome to SoulSync Network (“SoulSync,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, platform, directory, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using SoulSync Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Overview of Services

SoulSync Network is a community‑driven directory and marketplace designed to highlight purpose-driven businesses, entrepreneurs, and local events, primarily within the Bay Area.

We offer:

  • A Free community tier

  • A Growth paid listing membership

  • A Legacy Founders premium membership

Paid plans provide enhanced visibility and promotional features within the SoulSync directory.

2. Eligibility

By using SoulSync Network, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement

  • Any information you submit is truthful and accurate

3. Membership Plans & Billing

Free Tier

  • No cost

  • Limited to browsing and community access

  • No guaranteed listing placement or visibility

Growth Membership

  • $29 per month

  • Includes one (1) business or event listing

  • Monthly recurring billing via Stripe

Legacy Founders Membership

  • $74 per month

  • Includes enhanced visibility and up to three (3) listings

  • Monthly recurring billing via Stripe

All paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled.

4. Payments & Billing Authorization

By purchasing a paid membership, you authorize SoulSync Network to charge your payment method on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe).

You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information. Failure to process payment may result in suspension or removal of your listing.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your paid subscription at any time

  • Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle

  • You will not be charged for the following billing period after cancellation

 

Refunds

  • All payments are non‑refundable

  • We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months, unused time, or unused features

This policy helps us maintain fair pricing and continue supporting community‑focused services.

 

6. Listings & Content Approval

All business and event listings are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to:

  • Edit listings for clarity, formatting, or length

  • Reject or remove content that violates these Terms

  • Remove listings that misrepresent services, contain prohibited content, or harm community trust

Approval decisions are made at our sole discretion.

7. Prohibited Content

Users may not submit content that:

  • Is unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading

  • Is discriminatory, hateful, harassing, or abusive

  • Infringes on intellectual property rights

  • Contains explicit, pornographic, or harmful material

Violation of this section may result in immediate removal without refund.

8. No Guarantee of Results

While SoulSync Network aims to increase visibility and connection opportunities, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including:

  • Leads

  • Sales

  • Traffic

  • Revenue

  • Engagement levels

Directory placement and promotion efforts support exposure, not guaranteed performance.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on SoulSync Network, including branding, design, text, logos, and platform materials, is owned by or licensed to SoulSync Network.

You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without written permission.

You retain ownership of your submitted content but grant SoulSync Network a non‑exclusive license to display, promote, and distribute it as part of our Services.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • Payment issues persist

  • Content submitted harms the SoulSync community

Termination does not entitle you to refunds.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoulSync Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Use of SoulSync Network is at your own risk.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date will be revised.

Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
